If you’ve been following The Shochu Diet, you’ll know that I reached a 12.2 lb weight loss after 11 weeks. It’s now been almost twice that long (21 weeks), but the holidays happened (regained 5 lbs by New Years). Fortunately, I’ve started to claw some of that weight back again thanks to an end to the festivities.
As of week 21 I’m back down to an 11.4 lb loss and now within sight of my original goal of 15 lbs. That would represent 8.5% of my original body weight. Not a bad reduction at all. I’m not there yet, but I’m still working on it!
