Shochu Pros Shochu’sday #28: Guest Maya Aley & State of the Industry for 2021

Christopher welcomes Maya Aley back to the show to discuss the state of the shochu industry heading into 2021. Maya is a Shochu Meister, Certified Shochu Adviser, and all around expert on shochu from Kagoshima Prefecture. She also bartends at Roku in Kagoshima City if you ever have a chance to visit.
