18 weeks on the Shochu Diet and as you can see after reaching a low in week 11, I’ve given back about 1/4 of the weight loss. In fairness, weeks 12-16 encompassed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and a trip overseas when I indulged. So now that I’m back in my routine the weight has started to drop again. It’s probably going to be hard to keep the weight off during the winter, but I’m pretty sure shochu is going to help with that.
Overall I’m down 9 lbs. I want to lose 6 more. Might be spring before I get there, but I’ll get there. I’m sure of it.
